How to pay

Cancellation, refund & no-show policy

• Reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice and your payment moves with you in full to your new date.
• Cancel with at least 48 hours' notice and your payment is refunded in full through the same app you used to pay.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, forfeit the payment — unless it was an emergency, in which case just reach out and we'll make it right.

Payment within 24 hours

A deposit is required to hold your time (or you may pay in full). If your deposit or payment isn’t received within 24 hours of booking, the reservation is automatically cancelled and the time is released for someone else.

Arrival & lateness

Please arrive on time — your hour is held for you, and coming a few minutes early gives you space to settle in before we begin. There is a 10-minute grace period; after that, your session may be shortened or rescheduled so the next person is not kept waiting.

Access & exchange

Ceremony is free — what you exchange for is me. There is a deep understanding in our communities that sacred medicine is never sold, and I hold that closely. The medicine is free, and ceremony is free. What supports this work is the exchange for my time, my energy, and everything I have given to arrive here — the apprenticeships, the trainings, the years of study, the sacrifices, and the money invested in my education.

In the old days, a family might bring a chicken, eggs, or a woven blanket to the curandera in exchange for healing. That exchange was never for the medicine itself — it was care for the healer so she could keep serving her people. We live in modern times now, and the exchange looks different, but the heart of it is the same. When you offer an amount for a session, you are honoring my expertise and the life I have given to this path — not purchasing the medicine.

I offer this work — sobadas, limpias, fire cupping, and traditional medicines like Kambo and Bufo — because I believe everyone deserves access to traditional medicine. These ways were never meant to be kept from anyone. At the same time, I ask you to hold in your heart what stands behind each session: the money, time, years of training and apprenticeship with my teachers, and continued education that I carry so these traditions are honored with integrity. If you are able to give the full amount, you help keep this medicine open for the next person.

And no one is turned away due to lack of funds. If cost is a barrier, please let me know — I hold scholarships and am honored to give back to my community, no questions asked. I work on the integrity system, and I gladly accept barter and trades.
