Rebozo Work | Apapachos
Complimentary add-onOffered with sobadas
Rooted in traditional Mexican midwifery and ancestral practices, rebozo work uses the gentle support, movement, and embrace of the rebozo to encourage relaxation, body awareness, and connection with oneself.
Through gentle rocking, stretching, wrapping, and supportive holds, rebozo work can help ease muscular tension, encourage mobility, and relieve some of the discomfort and tightness we carry in our bodies. The movements offer gentle support and a sense of lengthening through the body, inviting you to soften, release tension, and settle into a deeper state of rest.
Apapachos offer a nurturing space to slow down and receive care through intentional touch, gentle movement, and the comforting embrace of the cloth.
A space to be held, to release tension, and to reconnect with your body.
Not bookable on its own yet. As I practice and integrate this medicine into my work, rebozo work is offered as a complimentary add-on to Traditional Sobadas — just select it when you book.
